friendly staff convenient shuttle tasty food broken tv missing cocktail no desk
The staff was friendly. Breakfast included tasty food, I was charmed. The shuttle to Heathrow was convenient. It really streamlined my early departure.
The TV in my room was not working at all. I was not offered a welcome cocktail upon arrival. I noticed that there was no desk or chair available. This made it hard to work on my laptop.

refined aesthetic pleasing fragrance easy transport
the building presents a very refined aesthetic near heathrow airport. i noted a pleasing fragrance throughout the hotel. furthermore , public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

excellent location welcome cocktail
the location works well for travellers needing quick access. the bar offers various drinks plus games such as billiards. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. they kept everything very clean. the welcome cocktail was really nice.
the rooms feel a little small.
